Heimerdinger – Arcane
A personal fan-art project inspired by Riot Games’ League of Legends, Arcane, and the amazing concept interpretation created by Grafit Studio.

The goal of this project was to explore a stylized character pipeline closer to Riot’s visual language while adapting the character into a fully realized real-time 3D model. I focused on preserving Heimerdinger’s iconic silhouette, expressive personality, and whimsical scientific aesthetic while pushing the stylized shapes and materials inspired by the Arcane universe.
This project includes:
High-poly sculpting in ZBrush
Game-ready topology and UVs
Stylized texture workflow
Shader and emissive exploration
In-game style presentation renders
VFX integration and final portfolio composition
Particular attention was given to:
maintaining strong readability from gameplay distance,
creating appealing material separation,
and achieving a painterly stylized finish inspired by League of Legends and Arcane.
The environment presentation and lighting were designed to emulate Riot’s in-game promotional style while keeping the character visually cohesive within a Summoner’s Rift-inspired setting.
